Havlock Woodworks is a project dedicated to the design and handmaking of functional wood objects rooted in material honesty and quiet presence. Working predominantly with oak, each piece—whether an ornament, candlestick, walking stick, or sculptural form—is shaped to honor the grain, weight, and natural character of the wood. The work balances rustic sensibility with contemporary restraint, often incorporating faceted, stained oak elements that echo the geometry of cut stone. Every object is made by hand in limited numbers, intended not only for use, but for long-term keeping—objects of daily ritual, movement, and reflection.
