CREATIVE BIO NOTE: General Mayhem is a real hard ass.  He has an unnatural affection for the color pink and combined with his hoarding tendencies of anything Hello Kitty related creates an ambiance of questionable in-touchiness with his feminine side.  General Mayhem served a decade in South America fighting rare Asian squirrels which had taken over most outback communities in the unnamed war that began in 1967.
