Returns & Refunds

We have a 14 day return policy in which you may contact us to return an item for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will not offer refunds if it’s been more than 14 days since you received your item.

In order to process your return, please contact us at shop@Havlock.com and tell us why you would like to return your item along with your purchase order number. The item must be returned to us un-used and in its original condition and we will provide you with a shipping label to use on the return package.

Once your return is received and inspected by us we will notify you and process your refund.

All refunds will be applied back to the method of payment used for the original purchase and can take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card.
